you can't reset PP until the end of the game, they're for specialization so you should save them until you at least have style changes and figure how you want to play your puppets as tanky/fast/damage shit don't spread them all out immediately, you can only specialize 130 points

For moves and abilities and stuff use it as much as you want, you get way more PP than you can ever use anyway.
With stats just make sure you now what you want because you can only invest a limited amount of PP and can't reset it.
