I just don't get it. Why did the Wii U sell so terribly with such an amazing library, while the PS4 with such a shit library sells millions?

basically wiiu took over 18 months to have like ANY games. it didn't have a killer app to sell itself with besides new mario U, it had nothing. and like the wii, it didnt use its gimmicks to the logical effects (no starfox game, no metroid game, no pokemon snap game)
now this year theyre finally, FINALLY giving us the wiiu games we've wanted all along. the big names. starfox, zelda, etc. but it's just-enough-wayyy-too-late
It's a game console and not an all in one multimedia box, which is what the normies want.
