Replayability. If a game doesn't have multiplayer it ends up getting played once and then shelved.
Looks to be exactly like JC2. A novelty that's fun for 10 hours without the depth for anything more.
Plus, it runs like shit if anyone hasn't seen. Constantly sub 30 during action of any kind on consoles, with reports of load times being upwards of 3 minutes.
That somehow isn't there however, and I don't know why.

I already know this shit runs sub 30fps on both consoles, has a massive memory leak problem, has colossal loading screens, and cannot maintain 60fps 1080p on any single GPU due to a completely broken physics engine

Just Cause is a one trick pony. JC1 was on the level of True Crime, and JC2 was a bargain bin game at best. I'm glad you can have fun dicking around with the grappling hook, but you must also accept that it won't be a 10/10 goty.

they are bosses, so they are supposed to be difficult. However, I do agree that the difficulty from the base bosses to the DLC bosses is a bit jarring considering how much harder the DLC bosses are. But this is one of the complaints CDPR fixed from the base games: the bosses were too easy.

The endings were perfect as they are. The only thing I hated was how I didn't understand exactly what the riddle was and the only thing I needed to do was run to the furthest point in O'Dimm's realm and Aard a wall to finish the game.
