At least i can remember more then 2 characters from the game. Something i could never do in previous ethesda games. The story is still bad but nevertheless interesting. It's a step up i'd say.

FO4 is bad for many more reasons than that.

I could not care less about the chargen when that can be easily modded out in short order. The rest of the issues, cannot, at least not within the next few years. I doubt even mods can fix this one.

The gun model takes up nearly half the screen, the actual gun sounds are weak as fuck, there's fewer guns to use, and there's no ammo crafting. They've only added the "customize your weapon" thing which adds nothing but making the numbers bigger.
