I have a question for any airplane fighter game connisuers in here. I remember playing a game that's like Ace Combat back when I was a kid on the PS1. The only thing is, it wasn't really realistic. The most prominent thing I remember about it was that I fought a Giant Spider Robot in a city level. I thought it was fun as hell and I've been trying to find it forever, but haven't had any luck.

Nah, it can't have been that. I just checked up on that title and it said it released exclusively in Europe, not to mention the gameplay looks nothing like it. The game I'm talking about had you controlling a fighter plane and in one level, you were trying to shoot down a Giant Spider the size of a city. You were flying past bridges(1 of them I think being the Golden Gate Bridge) trying to take it out. It's apparently very obscure, since I can't really find info on it.

I hope there's a "realism mode". I know /v/ has a stick up their ass about "realism", but I just want an alternate mode that's a good medium between flight sim and AC. Flight sims are too tedious for me to play, but AC is also a bit too simple.
