Everything is viable in PVE.
Arguably the only actual poor choices are the ones you can catch in the first couple zones, but even then you still get rewarded with great IVs and your favorite being on your portrait.

D Yuuka basically exaggerates her strenghts and weaknesses compared to P Yuuka. She's even more vulnerable to Spread attacks and won't punish them with status, but even tankier against Focus. Nature/Earth will give her arguably better offensive coverage but she'll be completely helpless against Wind, which Electric previously threatened.
So basically she'll be even better Fo. Attacker and wall, but even more spread and type-vulnerable than P already was.
