Sadly no. Sony published it and it's been selling really well. I would love a pc port for 60fps and enhanced graphics.

Difficult, but definitely doable. Shit took a lot our of me when I did it but shit's not impossible. You only need to tough it out for 2-3 weeks before it becomes a natural part of your day. Besides, there's plenty of opportunities to work part-time in your own faculty or campus.

Bloodborne (for what I've seen, and I haven't seen much to avoid spoilers) looks like the perfect Lovecraftian atmospheric Souls game, the graphics are beautiful, the design work behind it is outstanding, I need to play this.

other than that I didn't like how limited the rpg elements were, how shallow the actual gameplay was, and how easy it was, granted I didn't do any chalice dungeons or anything, just found the main game incredibly easy for just a normal playthrough not knowing what I was doing

Bloodborne was published by Sony, end of story. PC will never get this game for that reason alone. You can cry and petition all you want but we don't know the whole story anyway, Sony might have paid for the development of this game, the PS4 desperately needed some killer titles and buy the sour grapes in this thread it was probably worth it. It's the exact same thing as Bayonetta 2. Nintendo published the game, you will never ever play it outside of the Wii U.

Maybe in the 64/PS1 days it did, but the market is just so stagnate and most of the budget goes to marketing. People are just stupid enough to slop up whatever game comes on their console of choice. Why are PCfags unable to understand a simple concept?
Sony has a platform.
Sony has to intensify people to buy their platform over the competition.
To do that, Sony funds a game to be developed exclusively on its console.
Without Sony you wouldn't get Bloodborne since Sony would have no reason to fund a video game.
There is also the fact that because of the platform holder's pursuit to gain a competitive advantage, they establish and nurture first party studios that create content and job opportunities that they wouldn't exist otherwise.
From a developer point of view:
Dev won't have to worry about acquiring funds.
Dev won't have to look for publisher.
Dev won't have to worry about marketing.
The publisher takes the risk of failure.
Focusing on one platform means that the resource that would have been used to port the game to other platforms will be used to improve the quality of the game instead.
In Bloodborne case the dev was got access to Sony technical expertise and assistance.
