Other than maybe improving the graphics and performance in MH4U, there's Xenoblade 3D which isn't overly bad (but you have a fucking small screen) and a port of The Binding of Isaac Rebirth that's apparently plagued with performance problems. And yeah, they're not exclusives either.
I've got the latter on the Vita and it used to be pretty bad in that regard too, though I think a patch made it loads better since I haven't had it as bad since.

Majora's mask, Pokemon mystery dungeon, Codename STEAM, Zelda Tri force, Puzzle & Dragons, Etrian Mystery Dungeon, Ironfall invasion, legend of legacy, rodea and a ton more.

No, I got a 3DS instead. The 3DS I absolutely hate (jesus, fuck that piece of shit thing), and I will certainly buy a Vita when it's hacked for homebrew and gets emulators.
For now, though, there really is nothing worth playing on Vita compared to 3DS's library. 3DS is horrible all around, but the library is fucking great.
That doesn't change the fact that PSP was the most brilliant piece of gaming hardware I've ever held in my hands, and, from what I hear, Vita is in no way worse, so of course in a couple of years Vita is probably going to become my main portable emulation device instead of my old PSP, which serves me well, but everything must end at one point and give way to the next generation, and so much it.
But still, jesus fuck, PSP's "stop and resume anytime with barely any battery loss" thing was top of the fucking line. And the screen was stellar. And buttons were nice. Everything was great. Nintendo will never be able to make hardware like that.
