What is your favorite spin-off game?
Fangames is also welcome.

I liked StB, I found it oddly comfortable. No incident to solve, no urgency, just some nice music and taking photos of nice touhous and their danmaku.

It's indeed easier than most games if you just want to finish the game.
Trying to get best score is another thing, though.
I hope there will be another photography game.

There has to be, I need to see Aya's notes on Hecatia's T-shirt.

>Aya going space/dream world
Would that really happen?

Fairy Wars.
I haven't played any of the spin-offs. Faily Wars looks pretty cool though.

Fairy Wars is a lot of fun

She already has gone to former hell for Okuu, no? Never underestimate her hunger for a scoop.

The thing is Underground is still reachable in Gensokyo without special method.
Not sure how the protag went to Dream World in LoLK.

Play it, anon.
Though, maybe you'd like to try StB first since it's in order, or the fighters if you don't mind it or into it.
The story mode is hard as balls, though.
Photography games has some of the best spellcard in the series.

It was probably the best fanfic of its time.
Speaking of shmup fangame, how is the Riverbed Soul thing with Futo in it? Have anyone played it?

I had a lot of fun with Sengoku Gensokyo. The strategic layer doesn't have much depth to it, but the combat is enjoyable and fast-paced by the standards of the genre.
The two Labyrinth of Touhou games are pretty good too.
