Well there goes my theory...
This happened with me in Mirror's Edge. It sucked. I remember kind of enjoying the game but having to take a break every 10 minutes.
I had no issue with Portal, but that's the reason I can't play any Metroid Prime and it makes me sad.
In a similar boat myself, my left eye starts fucking up whenever I play an FPS.
