Specifically speaking, eye and ear placement is off. Using guidelines like the ones I used will help with that, basically aligning the nose with the vertical and the eyes with the horizontal. The horizontal guideline is usually about one third from the top but playing around with the curvature of the horizontal line will alter how high the character is looking. As for ear placement, the ears typically take the vertical space between the brow and the bottom of the nose. It's harder to see with Mika because she had her headphones on but they're a little bit off. For Mika her mouth was a little too wide as well, the lips should end underneath the center of each eye. I've also included a small tutorial on how to draw fuller lips as while the way you draw mouths works fine for men, the method doesn't emphasize enough on the fullness to work on females, especially if they're dolled up.
For female facial anatomy, they generally have softer features so try not to define every contour of the face using lines and leave that for shading. In addition, making their necks more slender will help make their face less masculine.

To be honest, I don't know much about the specifics so you should probably do some research rather than take it from me before buying something, but higher quality tablets are supposedly better at more precisely gauging where on the tablet your pen is and how much pressure you're putting on it.
I never noticed much difference between my first tablet and my current tablet, but that ability to very accurately gauge pressure and location is supposed to be what sets a drawing tablet apart from, say, an iPad or a Wii U gamepad or something.
