I'll concede using non-manga material is probably out there, even though this is just a question of 'what-ifs' anyone, but by its very nature Bites the Dust as shown as being literally unstoppable once it activates. You're right that we haven't seen him use it on 1 v 1 combat, though it depends on how we define them fighting in this hypothetical in how it'll work. I think the closest explanation in the manga is when Kira is cornered by everyone and just tells some nurse his secret so he could plant BtD on her, which Hayato says would kill EVERYONE who knew his identity besides her. So while Killer Queen can't physically beat GER, I do think that if Giorno was hunting Kira and knew his identity, Kira could just grab some random bystander and activate BtD to end him since I don't even know how GER could stop that.
Also question on GER, is there anything 'canon' of how long it lasts if at all after the end of part 5? In ASB it's time-limited and I hear in Purple Haze Feedback Giorno no longer has it, so this is again running under a lot of assumptions.

Kars was a scientist, and realized that the Pillar Men, even while being the apex species could be much more, the others thought he was insane and he killed everyone who opposed him. He was pragmatic, but not heartless, seeing as the deaths of both of his comrades hurt him enough to want to kill Joseph even after he reached his goal.
