I don't think Torment or Firewatch have a big enough niche/accrued enough hype to be disappointing, I expect them to be good but forgotten fairly quickly, probably pop up again here and there a long way in the future.
I'm also pretty optimistic about Mirror's Edge; what I liked in the first one was mobility and artstyle, the story was simple as fuck, the characters were flat, and the game was short. The bar's not high for 2, and I already like how it looks, so I'm guessing it'll do well by me.
