Iji is a game that's somewhat similar to Undertale in that it has a pacifist and what I guess could be called a "genocide" route, although I don't think it's on quite the same scale. You can kill all the enemies and the survivors will become terrified of you, anyway.
It seems like it might execute the idea a little better honestly, because it gives you an actual in-character motivation to kill the enemies and a mechanical reason to do so, whereas killing enemies in Undertale is just being a dick for no reason.
The developer described the gameplay as basically being a sidescrolling System Shock 2. It's free, so you may as well give it a try.

First Overlord is a really cool game, it mocks fantasy stereotypes and has a cool twist at the end. The DLC to it also makes you feel like an ultimate badass.
Second one I didn't like at all.
