Storm Earth and Fire was also always a very clunky mechanic and needed changing.
I know I sound like a shill saying it, but it seems the direction of legion is going to be picking how you play via talents. A lot of the depth is apparently supposed to come from this new talent revamp. I doubt it personally, but who knows.
