trying real hard to get into wario. my biggest stride so far is learning to not spam the bike and use it as more of a way to maintain a neutral game. this seems to be pretty easy to predict though.
any tips for some good mixups/areal followups?

The ONLY point of the bike is to be unpredictable. You can change the speed, jump off it when you want, etc. Sometimes it's best to just use the bike for a second and then jump off immediately, simply to psych the other player out.

I don't see how mario is like tier list 11 and Dr mario is like 51. They are practically the same except Dr Marios down b and pills are better.
How do I actually get good at this damn game.
I can do okay in Tekken, but in Smash everyone online just tears me apart and walks all over me. I don't get it. It's so "floaty" to me, I can't get into it. I wish I could.

Practice by using aerials. Just play non stop by getting good at aerial timings until you have them down pat. It's a really good way to learn.

>>316480414 isn't me. Non-custom Palutena's gameplan is very linear and basically just revolves around her grab. Fthrow > fair true combos well into the 100%s. At 80%+ and a bit of rage, fthrow > uair will kill most of the cast, and this is how you will get the majority of your kills. Thrilling, right?
Jab combos into grab. You can do fthrow into nair for mixups. If you notice they airdodge on instinct, you can fthrow into a fully charged upsmash and catch them after they air dodge.
The only tilt you should ever use is uptilt, and that is only for mixups and you should probably not do it more than once or twice a match.

Using dtilt or ftilt with Palutena will result in a hard punish against any competent player, they are some of the laggiest and least rewarding moves in the game. Uptilt is just barely decent because it covers airspace above you and can actually kill.
Her projectile is pretty garbage. Only use it if you know your safe.
Her dash attack removes most projectiles, such as links arrows. Fair can true combo into dash, but only if the conditions are right. Bair is a good option for guarding the edge, such as if you predict a jump up or wanna go off stage to get a kill against characters like Fox.

Different anon here, just wanna note something extra.
D-throw to f-air will combo even at super lower %s, but from 0-25 or so, it won't launch the opponent far enough to keep you safe from their retaliation.
D-throw to n-air is the better option during that range. Racks up decent damage and actually launches the opponent away from you in order to keep them at bay.

I've only ever tried using it against CPUs but would spamming bombs while moving around the stage work against human players? They come out pretty fast and linger for a bit so when I tried it against CPU it hindered their movement and made it hard for them to approach.
