Only stuff like the textures and sometimes some lighting get changed. Sometimes they even fix bugs.

The spaces in SS were really well designed and multidimensional. Faron Woods is a prime example of the twisted maze-like terrain.
TP's terrain was very much flat. There were a couple underground shortcuts but they were so few and barren. Wasted potential.

Wind Waker had 3 huge problems that they fixed two of in the HD port.
That being the sailing and the triforce hunt, the one they didn't fix was cut content and lack of dungeons.
Twilight Princess is a whole other story, the problems with it are interwoven with the core of the game to the point where they'd have to outright remake it and not port it.
Like how are they going to cut out 5 hours of shitty tutorials? Will they remove all the bug hunting? Will they add content to the overworld? Will they make the wolf form not shit?
The only thing I can really see them doing is making the text scroll faster or giving you an option to skip cutscenes.

So, I'm playing through a 3 Heart Run of WW on Hero Mode. TP tried to be dark, but it's pretty sad that the short period of time the sea is cursed by G-Dorf as you're riding back to find Jabun feels darker than the entirety of TP.
Maybe it's just me, and the fact I adore WW despite it's many flaws.

As someone who first played Wind Waker on the GCN, then again on Dolphin, then again on the Wii U after that, I can say confidently that the Wii U version was the best looking version of the game. It wasn't just enhanced lighting, the lighting changes, the small detail changes (such as shadows in the ocean, more intricate cloud systems, etc) all came together to make the game look like a truly upgraded version of the original.
As someone who played TP first on the Wii, and is currently replaying it on Dolphin, I can't see any fucking difference in TPHD. It looks the same as the Dolphin emulation. Like they've done literally nothing except increase the resolution, maybe polish a few textures? Holy fucking lazy hell.
