But none of those things are inherently positive things and a game that has those features doesn't mean it's inherently good or bad.
A game could have all the features presented there and still be complete garbage or it could have very few of those features listed and be a very well made product.
Just by listing an active modding community removes 99% of all games ever made and also presents that the idea that because Fallout 4 will have an active modding community this is a reason that it should be played since 99% of all videogames do not have an active modding community and Fallout 4 is one of the few games to feature those specific bullet points.
Which there's nothing wrong with wanting to play Fallout 4 because it features all those things and you want all those things in a game but it also doesn't speak for the quality of the product one way or another.
