Well yeah, you have to get the good cookie at some point.
What he means is that the good cookie is cancelled by the bad one so if you ever saw the panda (aka you lack the good cookie or have the bad one amongst others), you need to clear the cookies and then log in again so you only have the good one.
Once that's done you never need to take care of anything, just go straight to ex.
