yes you can, but the problem is that the engine doesn't do well when you go over 60fps. This is from the guy that's leaking this, I can't confirm it. but I do know that was a problem in skyrim.

Beth games may have a lot of bugs and shitty settings choices but typically the performance isn't that bad, most computers should be able to maintain the 60.

That being said I really wish developers would realize that even if you have a 60hz monitor being able to go above 60fps is very useful to prevent drops.

Fair enough man, it's /v/ and shitposting is pretty much the norm especially for Fallout 4 threads. And yeah it's pretty shitty and retarded that they still tie physics with the framerate rather than having them independent with each other. But then again the code base of Fallout 4 is based off an internal Skyrim XB1 port.

Have you ever played Skyrim without vsync? vertical mouse sensitivity is tied to fps. In a small room where you get 250fps it's 10 times higher than in a big outdoor scene where you only get 60fps.

FPS locks are there for a reason. Because the game engine is shit.

The game looks the same on consoles as it does on PC. Only with PC you get 30 more frames maybe depending on the optimization and dick girl mods.
