It will be shallow, and depending on how long the procedural generation will entertain you, you'll get bored of it quickly or slowly. Might be the type of game you fire up once in a while for a bit

We haven't seen any hint of combat yet.
I was super excited for this when it was first revealed, but my interest's been waning from the long wait.
I'll be fucking pumped though if it turns out to be a VR compatible game right out of the box. Planet exploring would become so much better with it

Ok, do you know if the weapons will be hitscan or not? Do you know how weapons will be acquired, what different types of weapons there'll be, if weapons can be upgraded or crafted? How about armour and health, know anything about that? Is there a leveling/perk system to complement combat?

all of the space sim games seem pretty empty but they still pique my interest because I literally play flight simulators for fun. No Man's Sky looks like the least interesting, least developed of them all. Great colors tho.
