I think op has been getting beat in sf4 and thinks the combos he has there are native to sf3 or something and shits on it for that reason.
hugo is mostly presence in that he has to be in the right place for you to make your mistakes there and then capitalize. Beyond that it's precise movements and good base knowledge.
