Pirate SC:CT. It's pretty much abandonware by now.
Both are great stealth games. Different but great on their own.
Chaos Theory if you like going slow and steady.
Mark of the ninja if you like going fast.
I've only played SC CT but the levels in it don't have much replay-value after 100% them once even if it's excellent otherwise.
Both are really good.
