Well they have different tiers. The first one is $1 and you get those 4 games. The average goes up and down depending on how much people give and it gives you the rest of the games plus any new ones they might add. The $15 is just unlocking some extra games that are probably still at retail price everywhere else.
Bionic Commando Rearmed is good, Lost Planet 3 is a Spark Unlimited game so of course its fucking garbage.

It's actually a good deal for RE5 - as a RE fan it's pretty low on my list, but the last one I don't have because there hasn't been a good sale on the DLC since it came out. Even now you have to spend 40 bucks to get both the main game and DLC together. I have all the good RE games on steam already as I said, but still wanted this one (for cheap) and seeing as how I get SFIV (Have the base game on 360 though), Bionic Commando RA (Have it on 360), and RE Rev 2 (don't have it yet) it seems pretty worth it. I have already played my friends copy of RE5 on 360, too, but everything is better on Steam for accessibility/longetivity's sake. I kinda hope Operation Raccoon City is the extra game - for completions sake. I know it will be awful, but at least I can try it out for minimal investment.

Cool. I just realized I can set my own charity. Last time when I bought from their humblestore, I set my public library as the charity. And now it shows up even in the regular bundles. Giving 100% to my library since I go there a lot.
