The leaked version of Halo: Online, released early for testing in Russia; it is roughly similar to Halo 3. Our top scientists are currently working on reverse-engineering it so that, with what little information they have, they can enable private-server multiplayer. While you can't play multiplayer yet (as of this post), It is in the works, cant do it yet - the most you can do is load maps and run around with yourself. However, you can do plenty to mess around with in the files in the meantime as progress is made.

Don't take some of the things found within the code too literal. There's a chance we won't be able to get them working well, if at all. There seems to be a fair bit of stuff in code that's just sitting there left over in the engine.
For instance, there's a lot of mention about campaign stuff, and skull in the campaign, even though Halo Online is supposed to be multiplayer only.
Whether or not we'll be able to access this stuff is to be seen.

As of Right now, a couple of us are working on unlocking the fps from 60. We also have live weapon swapping in the bag. Might be able to write an injector so the next release of ElDorito may have live, hassle free weapon swapping.

You can spawn in NPCs, to an extent. Also you can mix-and-match vehicles with different weapons and do different zany things like make turrets shoot fire grenades or throw grenades that spawn warthogs with turret guns mounted on their backs.
We're working on making it multiplayer. It's coming SOON.

Before Multiplayer is working I think there is something more important that needs to be done, which is create a map that works. atm weapons and any pickups on maps do not respawn, and most of the weapons on guardian arent even on the map.

Unfortunately, not every dev is a networking wizard and knows all about code. So when someone hits a wall and can't do something, they move onto something else they can manage.
We have people working on the networking stuff, and there are people working on smaller improvements, to keep people tided over.

yeah replace HaloFreeLoader w/ Eldorito, also download this http://a.pomf.se/mkwtdz.zip, your browser may label the file as malicious, but it's the real thing.
Unzip those into the Halo folder, and then click on run.bat when you'd like to launch the game.
Alt tab to the Eldorito commands, follow the instructions and you're golden
