One of Katsuragi's missions in chapter 5 has enemies that respawn infinitely as long as you don't break the boulders in the middle of the stage. Just pick that one and mash attack. You still get EXP from killing the enemies.

SK2 just got announced for localization and has a release date of August. It's pretty likely this is getting localized as well, but it probably won't be until after that. Maybe the end of the year if XSEED really pushes but I'm honestly not expecting it before 2016.
If you're really interested in it like it was said above, you can buy it off of HK PSN and only wind up spending about $65. Then if you really like it you could just double dip when the English version comes out. The story in the games isn't anything amazing, but it's actually rather interesting and the characters are entertaining even past the fanservice.
