Same. First play of ME2 I thought she was pretty shallow, but second time around I paid more attention to her and wound up really liking the character.
Initially in ME3, I planned to get back with Ash instead of Miranda, but that break up scene made me feel like scum, and Ash had turned into a massive cunt by that point. As bad as Bioware normally is for their romance plots, I honestly found myself really attached and liking Miranda by the end of it all. Out of all Bioware titles, it felt like the most organic relationship to me at least. Really annoyed she didn't come back as a squad mate in ME3. Would love to have brought her along with me and Garrus, rather than just having Garrus and whoever the fuck I decided at random at the start of a mission.
