As much as I loved the concept, the game just wasn't very fun at all.

I loved this game, sadly I didn't understand anything of it because I was young and dumb. Always see the predecessor listed a god tier game so I might want to check it out at some point.
Considering how this thread is full of point and clicks - could you guys recommend any decent ones that aren't filled to the brim with absurd adventure game logic and rampant kleptomania? Something that relies mostly on collecting pieces of information and using them through dialogue, not hoarding junk in your inventory and playing MacGyver.
This game kind of blew, but it's still fun to talk about it.
