Because Sony is doing a ton to assist with the development of the game, especially the engine software. They do that with just about every exclusive game, their own dev studios assist. This means that FROM will have more resources and expertise to put towards their next game, which will likely be multiplat unless they've signed an exclusivity deal with Sony.
