My group has people of varying "skill" levels, from new guy to my oldest friend who started playing when I did. So in 3/PF there was always issues with challenging the party without killing the stupid. 5e is much more balanced than 3, not quite like 4, so it works better for us. 5e is a better game without going fucking overboard like 4e did., 3e is a better role-playing experience (generally, in my experience anyways).

Ocarina of Time is such a linear game and everything is too slow. I knew there was going to be some growing pains going to 3D, and I think the Zelda series can still work, but man, there is like zero exploration. Link to the Past had the same thing going on where you needed to use last dungeon's item in the next one but there was still a LITTLE wiggle room, this game you're just stuck on this path and it makes everything feel slow and out of my hands. And the combat's boring, too. You can only fight like two enemies at a time compared to Link to the Past where you could have like six enemies onscreen and have projectiles shot at you, here I'm just waiting for an obvious opening or I use a deku nut if I want it to be even easier.
I'm sure the next Zelda game will be better, I'll let this one slide.
