New Vegas was such a mixed bag in the VA department. When it was phoned in it was really phoned in, but a few characters really stood out because of how good they were. Not just in comparison, but just genuine ability.

Depending on the kind of council you keep, there's bound to be tons of cynicism. If anything Yes Man would be a welcome reprieve from the constant nagging and bitching that's bound to follow in the Mojave.
