Insert code in Club Nintendo, and then just complete a survey and get 100 coins.
Unlike other systems, you don't need to input a PIN or other shit like that, also Wii Mini doesn't come with internet compatibility.
If you can't find one on ebay, another option is unboxing Wii Mini videos, but try to search for foreign ones, as they tend to cover the codes on most of the videos.
