I think it's better to get more pieces done, as long as you're making note of the mistakes you've seen in your previous work and try to improve on them.

When drawing you should consider the things that can't bee seen. Just because you can't see them it doesn't mean they aren't there. I just put a small idea or where I would draw the hands. Also at that angle you should be able to see the soles of her feet.

Imo, if you'd wanted improvements you would've represented the sketch before completing the drawing, ask for fixes then. After you got a solid work you should be proud of what you've achieved and leave it that. Taking a day or two break from it and looking at it with 'new eyes' will help much better than any advice you get on it now, as you're still attached to your drawing. I hope you understand this effect.
If you have the energy go back to the drawing's lineart and trying to fix it now, so be it. What I'm saying, take note on what people are commenting on and a redline, but beware on going back to the drawing, as 'fixing' it at this point could feel tedious and not fun at all, as drawing should be.
I think people are getting worked up and you're getting this much replies, since the drawing looked so nice, but there were obvious fundamental flaws in it (that can be fixed by just drawing and learning).
