I don't see why everyone is up in arms about 40gb games, this is a pretty logical step up. It only comes as a shock because we were stuck with 6-8GB games for so long because lolconsoles and then abruptly jumped up to 40-50gb once Microsoft finally got the picture and moved on to bluray with the Xbone.
It should have slowly creeped up, from 8GB to 12 to 20 and so on, but thanks to consoles there was no transitional period. I for one am happy we don't have garbage textures and audio to deal with now.
