AMD has given up on improving Bulldozer because they got (heh) Bulldozed by Intel.
Intel's Skylake is really just a slightly faster version of what they have now with DDR4 support and lower power consumption for laptops.
I have a sneaking suspicion that it won't matter which CPU you run this generation's console ports on once games. With that said, Intel blows AMD the fuck out in terms of emulation and any sort of normal stuff a gamer will do. I wouldn't be surprised if you can run anything on Dolphin at 100% speed with Intel in a year.

Consoles games also have better optimization than PC games, even with DX12 PC games will still be less optimized. I got my first part-time job a few weeks ago and now I'm just waiting to build up the funds.
I make roughly $130 a week. Right now I'm wondering if I'll want to aim for a $650 280x build or wait a month longer and go for a 970 build., considering I think the 280x would probably be more than enough, but hey, it'd feel nice to be high class.
Are intake and exhaust fans actually physically different from eachother?
Or do you just buy a fan, and you set it to go clockwise/counterclockwise depending on if you want it to be an intake or exhaust?

There are arrows on the fan showing which way the site will be blowing and the rotation of the blades, yes it's that simple. But not all fans are equal, some are made for heat sinks or places hard for air to get in, static pressure fans, and some are good at moving lots of air. So you also have to get the right fan for the right place

4 fans = 2 front in take, 1 side intake, 1 back or top exhaust
