I think Villager's down B can wall when fully grown and can even act like a mine when growing. You can water the plant from a fair distance and when it emerges it causes decent damage and knockback.

Villager can absorb and then later use any projectile in the game. Links arrows, Samus' charge beam, Marios fire balls. Considering some of the absurd shit its been seen absorbing (Megamans Leaf Shield, Pikachus Thunder, Zeldas new phantom move) I would assume it is quite literally all projectiles.
They can be stored indefinitely and used whenever you want. Not sure if they stay if you're KOd or not though.
