By danger zone, you mean the one that shows the area where all the enemies can attack? That's not baby mode, that's just convenient for the player. If there's one thing that pisses me off about the GBA games is that danger zone is a debug feature but didn't make it to the main game.

Anyways We get our 2 of this game's best units as long as I don't fuck up.
A Calvalier who actually gets to hit her weapon rank caps (really important in this game) and a Flier Trainee. She also gets double fire support with Wendy.
That's right, a Flier Trainee.She is also the only way to get a Wyvern Rider early game.
Addenum, all the early game units support with eachother too.

On the other hand they have, Canto, 7-8 move, and generally good growths, and fliers can ussually fly so....
Bows. They're have weapon triangle advantage on all martial weapons in the game, This also makes them a pain in the ass to hit, but Clarine and Priss pull through.

You may think this is an awesome combination, but due to FEgirls stealing mechanics, they're fucking horrible.
You need higher speed to steal period, but in return you can steal any weapons* not equipped, alongside items.
However, with the big difficulty curve, and Thief Mage's shit for shit mag growth, they fall off the boat pretty quickly, and can't catch up.
Also we're sending Clarine on a secret mission.
