There's a lot of strange contradictory information slamming around here about the leaks. I just want to help spread some truth in the wake of this leaking panic.
Here's what we know:

After bringing back Dr. Mario there's literally is no reason not to bring back Mewtwo and the lack of a DK newcomer would be a bad idea in the wake of Tropical Freeeze and Returns.
Ridley and the Chorus Men/whatever RH character is what really throws me off in the various leaks, especially the one from July 27. That could easily be someone riding in the coat tails of the Vaanroose leak or another insider.
Either way there's no doubt there's more characters.

That's not exactly what people mean when they call it floaty. They mean that your attacks lack impact and don't feel rewarding, nor can you further capitalize on a successful attack. This is attributed to a lack of hitstun, slower falling speed for all characters, throws going way to far, or being blown back at low percentages while only really being vulnerable to KO at high percentages. This makes the game into a hit and run contest. Get a solid hit in, go on the defensive, wait for another opening. Did you arleady see the Bowser Jr. gameplay footage? Just about 95% of his moves couldn't be faked.
Examples include:

Pretty much the only move he does that could be "faked" is his recover, as people have pointed out it seems similar to Diddy's, but that doesn't really mean anything. Megaman and Sonic have the same recovery as well.

There are empty slots on the character selection screen dude.
5 of them to be exact.
Each row is 9 characters long.
Second to last row is 8 characters long.
Last row is 4 characters long with the random box making it 5.
So the second row has room for one character, while the last row has room for four more.
One plus four equals five.
If there was no empty spaces, the screen would be entirely filled.

Sakurai has said on multiple occasions that ANY new character, clone or otherwise, has to be playtested for hours upon hours to make sure there aren't any game breaking bugs. Honestly the stage and character news thus far has been really disappointing, and despite pre-ordering the 3DS version ages ago I just ain't hype any more. But again, that's just me personally. I have no interest in Little Mac, Megaman, or any of the Fire Emblem animu characters. Pacman was something of a delightful surprise though, I'll admit. Aside from that though it's been a whole lotta nothing.

What sucks about this leak is that it clearly shows why this game's Japan Time wasn't as in depth as Brawl's: It had less content to show. They showed off the interesting newcomers people wanted or were surprised by, showed the huge changes in characters like Bowser, to get everyone hyped.
