Assault on someone's home is the only time that card's any good either. You only put it in the deck if you're playing Yuki or something, and if you draw it as a non-combat character you trash it. It doesn't do any good elsewhere because the chance of it being landed on at a proper time is low, whereas you can knock someone out at a key time if it's on a home square.
