EA, because LJN didn't actually "make" games, as it was that they were just somehow loaded enough to obtain licenses and then hire developers for them, while acting as the publisher. It's how we got mostly bad licensed games, and somehow the odd good one like Maximum Carnage.
It's not that different from EA, though EA gobbles up the other developers and then sweat shops their talent, before slapping the EA LBGT or whatever rainbow seal on their games of today.
