I work here. Nintendo literally has 2 areas. One is Zelda for the public, the other is Zelda for industry people. The only reason it is "packed" in the Nintendo area is because EVERY OTHER big shit is here. IGN, Sony, Mircrosoft, Gamespot, etc. Inside Nintendos area is pretty below average.

You can emulate every game that actually matters, with maybe the exception of Link Between Worlds.
Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time are the standards that the rest of the series are based on. Link's Awakening and the Oracle games are really stellar as far as the 2D ones go. Majora's Mask is good if you want something different from the rest.
The rest you can basically just pick and choose to play whenever. There aren't really many "bad" Zelda games.
