I dont follow bannerlord stuff so these might not be new to you guys but I'm working in the same complex with talewords and what I hear is;
-they are quite proud of their editor, their main goal is to release the most powerful editor they can and let modder do their shit.
-engine team is pro as fuck, they are doing great
-single player / scenario team is meh and game isnt anywhere close to release

I normally take all the towns and villages around said towns for my self the rest I give to my vassals.
Also during peacetime you should bet on tournaments and win them or kill sea raiders they most of the time drop some nice loot.

I think co-op in a single party would be a more fun idea as long as it allowed for at least 4 people. The commander would essentially be the party leader who decides the overall course, but each player would be free to do separate things in battle and in town.

The correct strategy is to start off the seige with a large group of archers to pummel them, then leave the battlefiel and go back in with footsoldiers.

literally the only concession that would be required is to slow down the time slightly (maybe) and make the time never freeze, whether in battle or in dialogue with NPCs. It would be weird as fuck to have a battle last a week but that's just what would be required.
