The anime market has shifted substantially in the last few years and most anime that get adapted from pre-existing series do so because there's something new to sell, pure and simple. You'll see a few VN adaptations every now and then but that's usually down to the VN being a brand new release, with an anime planned since the very beginning. Either that or there's a high profile PS3/Vita port being released and the respective parties are trying to get new fans interested. Yurirei has met neither of those conditions, therefore it is not fit to be made into a series.

Steam version just comes with a 'streaming' video. Mangagamer download comes with the subtitled video, the original audio drama tracks in WAV, wallpapers made of Peg artwork created for the dramas, special voice clips for each of the cast members, and a 'hanging Hina' decal/printout.
The download links for the Drama CDs above have all of the voice clips being offered, but none of the artwork. Still, it would be nice to be given everything instead of being given a part of the whole package!

Nope, not without a chargeback, which will put your account in poor standing. The store page comes with a warning that the video is non-refundable, as is standard for any videos the service offers. It is, there's not really multiple routes although you'll want to go through and select all choices to unlock all the bonus scenes for full completion. It's about 25-30 hours long, it's worth it. You can always check out the demo for free first if you're not sure

I think most confusion about the couple dynamic comes from people not knowing there're 2 distinguished concepts: aggressive/passive and top/bottom. Most of the time when saying dominant, people think about an aggressive top, and submissive for a passive bottom. The truth is that there are also aggressive bottom and a passive top.
Whether a girl is the one who chased after another girl, is the one sending a love letter, asking for sex first, etc. does not indicate whether she likes to be on top or bottom in bed. She's simply the more aggressive one in the relationship, the one who pushes things forward. (Note that this is true for het couples as well.) My biggest problem with the game, and I don't know if anyone else agrees, was that the Sachi and Megumi story got shifted to the background as the events went on, and by the end it didn't feel quite as dramatic as it could have been. The revelations and moments where they became fully truthful with each other were nice, but I guess I just wanted more dwelling on their death, their impermanence as ghosts, or something where they felt threatened or anything that put their predicted end scenario in jeopardy. But I wouldn't want it to feel forced. If the more mundane and realistic issues they encountered were the best ones their story presented to the writers, then it's better that they made them significant to the characters and didn't make up some artificial time limit or something like that.

Utena is not worth watching, even for genre history purpose, unless you like Ikuhara. The compulsory /u/ background knowledge are Marimite, Mai HiME, Strawberry Panic, Kannazuki no Miko as references to these creep up a lot. Simoun doesn't lend references, but still a show most old yurifags would recommend watching.
