I'll tell you what to do for the collector.
Make sure you have at least 5 hours of free time and can kill the monsters in 1 hit and have reached a point where you have unlocked leanbox and got the map with slimes and basalisks/snakes, might be halo forest, it's a reused map the one with a bridge.
Take a party that can overkill the monsters and bring max amount of the item that respawns monsters. Kill everything and hope they drop goddess chips and gameindustry choco. Open them and hope you get something new. Chips for cards, choco for figs. Repeat until you get all cards and figs.

Everyone did tell you that a localization would be released eventually. As for the import/switch part, I had to do something similar with DLC characters in the first gamedue to yarr harr reasonsand that wasn't very comfortable, even with 2 monitors and the game not being potable.

As for the references you probably figured that out but Blanc is Nintendo home consoles, Noire is Sony home consoles and Uni is Sony handhelds.

Well she is called Nisa or Nippon Ichi in Japan, so yes. I think some Disgaea games even have her as a DLC character. Sadly she only appears in the original HDN and mk2 and has been replaced in the remakes.

HDN is a lot different and not held in that high of regard by anyone; but it is a much different game than Rebirth 1 so if you're some sort of masochistic completionist it's probably not that important for you.
Rebirth 2 and 3 are pretty much straight ports of mk2 and V so that's just preference to if you want to play it on Vita/PC or PS3.

Gameplay wise they are worse. Some people really hate how the first game plays and I do agree that it is tedious, although I still enjoyed it.
From a Story perspective only the first HDN is different from the remakes. RB1 features a completely different story with only some plot points being the same so if you still crave for more after playing all the other games you might want to give it a try. The other remakes are pretty much the same with minor changes and updated gameplay.

Japs hate tagging things correctly so searches with 百合 always miss a lot, with or without pairing tags.
Personally I just go with partial match ネプテューヌ and filter manually, from the first to the last page and counting. There's a lot of shit but it's better than sitting in nepgen.
