Verhoeven is good for science fiction but he shouldn't touch history due to his insistently skewed perception of reality. He got fucked by Nazis and so was terrified of white people standing up for themselves.
The script was was muslim hagiography. It would have ushered in a decade of enlightened cooperation and harmony between the west and Muslim world. Actually yes they do. /fit/ here, people actually underestimate the effectiveness of steroids. Get on a strong cycle and you will gain more muscle mass without even lifting than someone who was working out hard four times a week naturally.
Steroids are about 10x more effective than you even dare to dream. You can go from being a skinnyfag to being above the natural limit in 6 months if you do steroids.

I love my job but it's a design job in industry and between this, shitposting, and friends being board game fags, I literally don't exercise. I eat a lot but barely any sugar so I am decent in terms of body mass but if there is an opportunity for easy muscles I'd take it.

You still need to eat for the muscles to grow But with steroids you could work out literally 3 times a week for less than an hour and be the biggest guy at the gym in no time.
If you're worried about your health steroids are not the answer because they will fuck with your heart.
Steroids are amazing for people who want to be huge and don't give a fuck, they are literally as powerful as the cartoon version of steroids. But for the average guy who has never worked out and just wants easy muscles? I don't think I'd recommend them.
