Probably a female serial killer. I somehow can wrap my head around a man being a reprehensible killer, not so much a woman. The general theme I've read with men, is there is a sexual element, I want to know what makes the worst of the "fairer sex," tick when they end up taking multiple lives.

i dont recommend it. its actually pretty lame, and that was the verdict of my dad. my dad thinks matt damon and leo decaprio are the same guy, and was greatly confused by the departed, and thinks it was the single greatest cinematic work after forrest gump, braveheart, and commando (he's got some seriously patrician tastes in movies) for how they made the guy unrecognizable as the other guy, and camera work for having him on screen with himself.

Struck by her beauty, however, he changed his mind and ordered her under death threats to come and live with him. He made her swear she would never betray him, and for the next 7 years, she served his sexual wants.
Whenever he went out to find new victims, he bound her with a chain so that she could not escape. He fathered 6 children with her[7] but at birth he killed them, pressing in their necks (original: "hat er den Kindern das Genick eingedrückt").[9]
Christman used to hang up their bodies, and stretched them out (orig: "aufgehängt und ausgedehnt"). As the wind made the little corpses move, he said:

Most of them do it for insurance money/inheritance or just business. In the past baby farmers would kill off unwanted babies by the dozens in a year.
Another common thing is murdering children they take care of ( including their own ) for various mental reasons.
