Watch this instantly. Don't read anything about it, go in dry. Best documentary I've ever seen.
Best intro song too (Eels).
Recommend me some based noir documentaries.
>>71988104
I own it. 9 hours long. It's really only interviews, though. Best watched before getting redpilled, definitely.
Best documentary ever made.
>>71988404
that's an awful poster
>>71988493
Post a better one.
>>71988619
Cool. MOAR
This Vice documentary is great, available on YouTube. I recommend it. The gard alone makes this worth it.

You have to be 18 to post here.
>>71988817

The Leviathan, a giganti sea monster of untold proportions that feasts and blue whales and ravages the coast lines of Greenland
It costs thousands of brave fishers and seamen their lives every year

I don't really know how I feel about the west memphis three documentaries. For each one they come up with another suspect only to do a 180 and reject it all in the next.
and also
>celebrities are supporting them
>they must be innocent
>>71989144
true enough
>>71989202
being influenced to disagree with celebrities is still being influenced by them
>>71989209
very anti-PETA
Who /ChuckNorrisVSCommunism/ here?
Fucking great, about how Romanian citizems during the cold war would sneak in vhs tapes of blockbusters through customs. The whole thing became a cultural movement.

wew lad
>>71988964
I thought this was going to be legit about some /x/ stuff, but no, apparently, it's just some peta movie against animal cruelty plus artsy fancy obscurity/poetry.
Sounds cool but not what I'm looking for right now.
>>71989957
I wrote a bit for my suggestions. If you're going to bother posting an image, you can write 5 words about the subject, goofball.
>>71989979
i don't think it really has that agenda, i think it's just the artsy fancy obscurity/poetry

Some of us don't want to get spoiled by discovering too much, dumbass.
/tv/ still isn't into errol morris no matter how much I've been posting about the fog of war, the thin blue line, Mr death, unknown known or gates of heaven.

Johnathan Meades makes weird, high-brow documentaries about art, architecture and culture. This is one of his best, imo.

He was by far the least Jewish looking member of his familyI sort of suspect that his mother was an adulteress and that's why she offed herself and he didn't run the family business
Anyone know of good nature docs. Non animal nature pref.

TTBL documents the specific case very well and the closing act is fucking shocking.
>mfw thekid has no fucking remorse or any kind of feelings. I was fucking shocked how neutral he was about everything.
>>71989757
I used to be a huge fan of Elliott Smith back in my mopey teen years. It's underwhelming, to say the least. They don't discuss anything in depth or really of interest. It's a general overview on everything that anyone who knows about him already heard 1,000 times over already.
If you want an interesting and entertaining look at a wounded musician than this is the pinnacle of that. Even if you think his music is trash, which 99% of it is, it's still riveting. The guy had been documenting his entire life so it's as complete as you're gonna get.
>>71990027

Ah yes. Canada's ''''''''''''''justice'''''''''''''''' system
>>71993473
>>71993540
I wasn't impressed. This was done by the same guy and is better, imo. Tackles the origins of a few urban legends.
