No. I just dont feel like seeing it, and there is no political motivation behind it. I'm just fresh out of faith in remakes. Last one i saw was Robocop, was fine.. But the original is a literal 11/10 movie, so it just seems so fucking assholish to even attempt to do it better.

You could replace the cast with Adam Sandler regulars without even changing the jokes we've seen (even the "girl power" ones).
