Hypnodisc was carnage incarnate. Was there ever another robot with destructive capabilities that could match up?
It seems like nobody really had any notice for the new series so I think we'll see some familiar faces back next year, assuming we get more than one.

Hypnodisc and Razer were the two most destructive, probably. Hypnodisc would just tear things apart unless they had really solid armour, and Razer's claw just raped anything it could get a grip on. They're undoubtedly the GOATs.

I lost interest when they upped the stage hazards by a factor of 10 and introduced multi-robot fights.
I just wanted to see cool one-on-one battles and it was frustrating to see a promising fight get cheap-shot by some spinning blade or pitfall (or third robot coming out of nowhere)
Additionally, the camera crew couldn't handle all the action which made for some very confusing television.
