Does anyone else find it weird that if you take a film that was made before 2000's, all the leading actors have terrible looking hair and they're all balding. But if you look at leading actors now, they all have perfect hairlines. What happened?

Pretty much every leading man in Hollywood over 40 has had at least one hair transplant. They all take Propecia as well. Hair transplant technology pre 2000 was so bad looking that it was mostly better to just go bald
